Hi, I’m Levina.

For nearly a decade, I’ve had the privilege of coached visionary entrepreneurs, bestselling authors, professional athletes, an Emmy Award winner, and leading coaches through major seasons of transformation.

Like many coaches, when I started, I thought if I focused on being great at coaching, clients would come. Then, I got lost in the noise of online marketing. Neither approach worked.

After that, I learned that client creation is a skill of its own—a skill based on connection, service, and leadership.

That’s why I created Coaching Business School: to help great coaches simplify growing their businesses, so they can focus on doing great work in the world.

Coaching Business School is designed for coaches who value mastery and sustainability over hacks and quick fixes. That doesn’t necessarily mean waiting years for results. It means making sure that the results you create today don’t collapse tomorrow.

When you have a solid foundation, everything else becomes easier. You don’t have to keep reinventing your approach or chasing the next tactic—you know exactly how to create clients, now and forever.

This year’s cohort runs from April to October 2025. Applications close March 28, 2025.

All sessions are 90 minutes on Wednesdays at 12PM PT / 3PM ET / 5PM GMT unless otherwise noted.

  • Coaching Business School is for coaches who are in this profession for the long game—coaches who want to build a thriving, sustainable business through relationships, service, and leadership.

    It’s designed for coaches who:

    • Are already working with clients (or have before.)

    • Want a simpler, more effective way to grow their business.

    • Value mastery and sustainability over hacks and quick wins.

  • CBS is not for beginner coaches who:

    • Are in the early stages of developing their coaching skills.

    • Haven’t worked with clients yet.

    It’s also not for coaches who are focused on scaling through online marketing—that requires a different approach.

    To be clear, online marketing isn’t inherently bad. But most coaches jump into it too soon, before they’ve built a deep understanding of their clients, approach, and the value of their work.

    CBS helps you develop the essential skills of creating clients through relationships and service first—so that if you do choose to scale through online marketing later, you’re doing it from a solid foundation of deep understanding of your clients, clarity in your offerings, and grounded leadership.

  • CBS isn’t about getting clients fast, even though many of our coaches have breakthroughs in client creation immediately. It’s about building a foundation that allows you to create clients now and years from now. The coaches who do this work consistently grow their businesses in ways that feel simple, sustainable, and aligned.

  • You’re in the right place.

    A number of coaches in CBS are already making over $100K—but their process still feels wobbly. Maybe they’re taking on misaligned clients, overcomplicating enrollment, or leaking energy in ways they don’t even realize.

    CBS helps clean all of that up so client creation feels simpler, smoother, and more aligned, so you can focus on doing great work with great clients.

  • CBS runs for six months. We typically have three 90-minute group coaching sessions per month.

    Beyond that, your time commitment depends on how deeply you choose to engage. I recommend 3-5 hours per week. There’s no unnecessary busywork in the program. Everything we do is designed to help you develop mastery in building relationships, creating clients, and leading powerfully.

  • CBS is an intimate group program—not a massive course where you get lost in the crowd.

    I keep cohorts intentionally small so that you get the coaching, support, and clarity you need.

  • Ask yourself:

    • Do I want a simple, clear, and sustainable way to create clients?

    • Am I committed to my coaching practice for the long haul?

    • Do I value depth, service, and leadership over marketing tactics?
